Running a nuclear lab can be complicated and costly. Our packages provide everything you need to offer complete nuclear medicine services.

Camera

NMA Imaging utilizes State-of-the-art mobile nuclear imaging cardiac cameras designed for mobility, which allows us to serve more clients throughout our network of clients.

Staffing

Our highly skilled nuclear mobile team is comprised of a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Cardiac Stress Technician certified in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).

Accreditation Assistance

Nuclear Medicine Associates maintains accreditation through the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC), formerly known as ICANL, for applicable nuclear cardiology services.

Supplies

NMA provides all of the necessary nuclear imaging supplies needed to run a Nuclear Medicine Lab.

Licensing

Our office saves you the start up and/or maintenance expense of the certification and licensing requirements.

Myocardial Perfusion Imaging

Most commonly, a stress test is performed by a patient walking on a treadmill at different elevations which will allow for an accurate analysis of your hearts blood flow while at stress. This form of stress test is usually referred to as an exercise stress test, also known as a treadmill test, exercise electrocardiogram or stress EKG. An electrocardiogram, blood pressure and heart rate will be monitored throughout the exercise stress testing. In some cases where exercise stress testing is not an option, patients will be administered a pharmacologic stress agent that will stress the patient’s heart mimicking walking on a treadmill.

Mobile Nuclear Imaging

Nuclear Medicine Associates has a complete package that delivers a fully operational nuclear hot lab directly to you. We understand how important your patients are and finding the time to take care of them is limited by operational task. Let us remove the stress of running a nuclear imaging facility without the high cost of running it yourself. Each of our mobile labs come equipped with a MaiCam 180 dual-head camera that is designed for mobility. This allows us to deliver cutting edge imaging technology directly to you. Our camera can roll into almost office and operate within just about any room. Images are taken from an upright position giving your patients the comfort and claustrophobic free environment.
